It is with great sadness that we had to say goodbye to our beloved friend Starsky on May 3, 2022. He had 14 years of a wonderful life and gave us such joy.

His journey started with us in 2012 when we rescued him from a shelter in Iowa. He was always such a kind and gentle dog. He loved the Iowa snow and would run through the yard having so much fun.

In 2013 he moved with us to Phoenix. He loved car rides and all you had to do was open the car door and he would jump inside. He would sit up in the back seat and look out the window. He loved our camping trips and long vacation drives. He learned lots of tricks as he was such a smart boy. He would chase his tennis ball and jump high in the air to catch it. HIs daily walks were his "sniffing" adventures and enjoyed his naps laying in the yard in the sun.

He can never be replaced as Starsky was the most special, sweet pet. He will always hold a place in our hearts. We miss his nose nudging your arm to tell you he wanted to be petted or poking you with his nose for a head rub.

Starsky, cross the rainbow bridge and may you be playing happily with Truman and Molly who are waiting for you.
